Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain the company's image and reputation.
- Develop and implement corporate branding and marketing strategies.

- Monitor and manage the company's online reputation and presence, including websites and social media accounts.
- Research and analyze market trends to inform branding and marketing decisions.
- Develop, and maintain relationships with media outlets, sales agencies, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
- Measure the effectiveness of branding initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct market research and analyze market trends to inform marketing decisions.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's real estate projects.
- Collaborate with internal sales and design teams to ensure marketing efforts align with project timelines and goals.
- Create and implement lead generation programs to drive sales.
- Organize events and product launches to promote the company's projects.
- Monitor and analyze the results of marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in real estate marketing.
- Handle other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the External Affairs Department or Management as needed.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
- Energetic, presentable, self-motivated, disciplined, performance-driven, and self-sufficient.
- Data analysis skills, marketing experience, creativity, and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, native is an added advantage.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PDF & PowerPoint.
- Management as needed.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
