The responsibilities and competencies required of an Analyst are:
- Work closely with Project Manager and other consultants from the Project Team to support, and then assist in implement project objectives and milestones.
- Assist Project Team to coordinate data collection and conduct research, analyses, synthesizing and collation of information plus preparation of reports.
- Perform note-taking exercise in capturing relevant data and/or information during client interviews and data collection activities which will be conducted by the consultants from the Project Team.
- Assist Project Team in project management work in a way that ensures timely deliverables and outcomes against project milestones.
- Provide overall support and assistance in ensuring high quality deliverables to client organization(s) of the Project Team.
- Maintain rapport and relationship with Project Team’s client organization.
- Participate in brainstorming session throughout client project lifecycle (from start to completion), including internal office discussion and meetings
- Ensure consistency and timeliness in discharging duties given by consultants from the Project Team.
Skills and behaviours:
- Fresh graduate from recognized University degree
- Exhibits analytical, conceptual and creative thinking.
- Possess research and report writing skills.
- Ability to identify and solve problems creatively.
- Attention to detail and data-centric.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment and work under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.
- Strong working knowledge of Office applications for analysis and reporting: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English – both written and spoken.
