We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounts Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations(Major), accounts operation(Minor) and administrative duties, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and supporting overall organizational goals. This role requires a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The role while focusing on whoel of finance, will also be closely looking into budgeting and cost optimisation as well as claims.

1.Claim Checking:

- Review and verify claims submitted by Vendors and employees to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

- Cross-check supporting documents (e.g., receipts, contracts, statements) with claim details.

- Communicate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper documentation is provided.

  1. Budgeting

- Prepare budgets, monitor actual performance against the budget, and track corrective action plans.

- Perform variance analysis on actual results versus budget.

- Manage the day-to-day financial and accounting operations.

- Prepare monthly reports

4.Administrative Support:

- Perform day-to-day office administration tasks, including managing files and documents.

- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and preparing meeting agendas.

- Maintain and organize office supplies and ensure efficient office operations.

- Provide support with documentation for audits and other regulatory requirements.

5.Data Entry & Reporting:

- Enter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets.

- Generate financial reports and summaries for management.

- Ensure that all data entered is accurate and up-to-date.

6.Compliance and Tax Matters:

- Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and other regulatory requirements.

7.Internal Control and Improvement:

- Assist in designing and implementing improvements in controls and processes.

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

- Manage e-invoicing related matters.(if necessary)

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Atleast 1 years in fields related to Accounts or finance.
  • Previous experience in finance especially on Cost Optimisation & Budgeting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when processing financial transactions and checking claims.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, vendors, and clients.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
