Responsibilities: • To provide general administrative duties. • Manage phone calls and emails. • Manage office supplies & other expenditures. • To ensure filing of documentation is done in a timely and accurate manner. • To comply with laws and regulations by DOSH, DOE & local authority. • To ensure documentations related to ISO 9001:2015 are up-to-date. • To assist in application of certifications. • To assist in project tendering activities. • Manage employee records. • Assisting with recruitment. • Submitting online job postings, shortlisting candidates and scheduling job interviews • Coordinating orientation and training sessions for new employees • Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws. • Experience in town planning is an added advantage. Requirement: • Certificates/Diploma/Degree in HR/Admin or related field. • Preferably 1 year working experience in HR Admin or related field. • Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office Applications especially Excel, Word & PowerPoint. • Matured individual and possess good communications skills. • Good interpersonal skills.
