Product Demonstration & Consultation
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers (farmers, plantation owners, cooperatives).
- Provide technical consultation and recommend suitable drone solutions based on customer needs.
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and convert leads into sales.
Drone Training & After-Sales Support
- Assist in training customers on drone usage, safety, and maintenance.
- Provide after-sales technical support and basic troubleshooting.
Market Development
- Identify new market opportunities and build customer base.
- Attend agricultural expos, roadshows, and trade events to promote products.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, marketing, logistics) to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Repair & Maintenance Knowledge (Preferred)
- Understand basic drone repair processes and communicate effectively with the repair team.
- Language(s) Required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- At least 1–2 years of sales experience (agriculture or drone industry preferred).
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in agri-tech are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of drone operation (training will be provided).
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to travel nationwide.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
- Passion for agriculture, technology, and helping farmers adopt innovative solutions.
