  • Lead, manage and drive successful project execution activities and deliverables either using waterfall or Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodology.
  • Lead and collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members and vendor partner (if applicable) to drive and complete project preparation and execution activities and deliverables.
  • Accountable to drive and complete mandatory project documentation such as business case, project charter, project plan, test plan, lesson learnt, etc.
  • Accountable to prepare and plan project from scope, time, cost and quality aspect and to obtain approval to commence project execution.
  • Monitor & keep track the project milestone. Follow-up on Kick-Off Meeting open action. Escalate to superior if any risk that will impact the project milestone
  • Measure and track project performance, specifically by analysing the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision-making.
  • Manage and address project conflicts, issues, risks, and expectation and ensure they are escalated or addressed on a timely manner.
  • Track and monitor project actual schedule and cost against planned and take corrective or preventive measures to ensure on track.
  • Track and manage project change request via governance model to safeguard agreed project scope.
  • Develop communication plan to ensure key stakeholders are updated consistently and within expectation.
  • Provide periodic and timely status progress update of project.
  • Analyse on KPI that’s not meeting the target, identify root cause and action plans to improve the performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Proven two (2) years experience in system development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proven experience and knowledge in technical (with minimal at least) especially on system development
