- Handle and executing HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
- Organising and coordinating company events, meetings, and other administrative tasks
- Providing administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed
- Liaising with external service providers, vendors, and government agencies on administrative matters (DOE, DOSH, JTK).
- Continuously improving HR and administrative processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- To implement policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the integrated management system.
- To oversee, manage control human resources and administration for the company.
- Arranging service and record for machineries.
- Plan, purchase and manage office supplies, equipment
- Assisting accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, reconciliations and supplier payment arrangement.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate/Degree in Administration or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent interpersonal and able to communicate with all levels in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Responsible and reliable, able to work independently, committed and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge in human resources management and internal control policy and procedure.
- Computer literate and familiar in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Words, Outlook.
- Ability to start work with short notice will be an advantage.
