  • Handle and executing HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Organising and coordinating company events, meetings, and other administrative tasks
  • Providing administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed
  • Liaising with external service providers, vendors, and government agencies on administrative matters (DOE, DOSH, JTK).
  • Continuously improving HR and administrative processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • To implement policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the integrated management system.

  • Plan, purchase and manage office supplies, equipment
  • Assisting accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, reconciliations and supplier payment arrangement.
  • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate/Degree in Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent interpersonal and able to communicate with all levels in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Responsible and reliable, able to work independently, committed and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge in human resources management and internal control policy and procedure.
  • Computer literate and familiar in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Words, Outlook.
  • Ability to start work with short notice will be an advantage.
