Job Responsibilities
-Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate receiving reports for all incoming shipments, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
-Responsible for verifying incoming goods against purchase orders and suppliers' invoices to ensure correct quantities and quality.
-Responsible for uploading verified DO into the ERP system for proper inventory tracking and record-keeping.
-Responsible for organizing, maintaining, and updating all relevant administrative documents, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company standards.
-Responsible for documenting the issuance and return of gas cylinders in the system ensuring proper inventory control and compliance with safety regulations
-Responsible for updating and managing user and details for direct items in Power Automate, ensuring accurate and up-to-date user data
-Assist with the submission and filing of required documentation related to spare parts in the store, ensuring proper record-keeping and accessibility.
-Provide administrative support for any special projects or initiatives, including data collection, document preparation, or report generation.
-Handle urgent or time-sensitive requests related to spare parts, gas cylinders, or documentation as needed
-Provide general administrative support to the team
Job Requirement
-SPM or Certificate or Diploma or equivalent with basic knowledge of warehouse manageme
-Experience in administration warehouse management
-Strong organizational skills
-Have knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
-Have knowledge of ERP systems. ability to work in a warehouse facility
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
