  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Vacancy: Live Host / Livestream Presenter

We are looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic Live Host to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who loves being in front of the camera, is passionate about sales, and enjoys engaging with a live audience. You will be the face of our brand during livestream sessions on platforms such as TikTok and Shopee Live.

Key Responsibilities:

Live Hosting & Sales:

  • Host engaging and interactive livestream sessions to promote and sell our products.
  • Present products in an enthusiastic and professional manner to attract and retain viewers.
  • Build strong rapport with the audience by responding to comments and questions in real time.
  • Showcase product features, usage, and benefits effectively to drive sales.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets during live sessions.

Content & Coordination:

  • Work closely with the marketing and creative team to plan livestream schedules and content.
  • Assist in creating scripts, product talking points, and promotional strategies.
  • Participate in pre-live rehearsals and product training sessions.
  • Coordinate logistics such as product arrangement, equipment setup, and live streaming tools.

Brand Representation:

  • Represent the company professionally and uphold a positive brand image.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and company updates.
  • Provide feedback after each session to improve future performance.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable speaking confidently in front of a camera.
  • Energetic, engaging, and able to think on your feet.
  • Previous experience as a live host or in customer-facing roles is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of social media and live commerce trends.
  • Able to speak clearly and fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong communication and sales skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
