  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As a Site Safety Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of our workforce on construction sites. This is a full-time position that will see you working closely with the project management team to implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.
  • Providing on-site training and guidance to workers on safety best practices
  • Investigating and reporting on any incidents or accidents that occur
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and regulations
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation of safety activities and outcomes
  • Collaborating with the project management team to develop and refine safety plans
  • Monitoring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other safety equipment
  • Promoting a strong safety culture and advocating for continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Safety Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry
  • Possess a valid Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) Competency License registered with DOSH / JKKP (Yellow book).
  • Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in the construction sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with workers at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in the use of safety monitoring and reporting software
  • Conduct regular worksite audit & checklist report.
  • To conduct and facilitate site safety initiatives in tandem with site construction team.
  • Assist & Advice on safety issue.
  • To ensure & comply with statutory requirement pertaining on safety issue.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
