Executive, Touch Up & Reinstate

1. Maintenance and Repair Conduct regular inspections of café premises to identify areas requiring touch-ups or repairs. Perform minor repairs such as painting, fixing fixtures, and maintaining furniture. Ensure proper functioning of essential equipment and report major issues to the maintenance team. 2. Reinstatement and Upkeep Prepare closed outlets or spaces for reopening, ensuring alignment with brand standards. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized work, such as carpentry or electrical repairs. Ensure all reinstatement work adheres to timelines and budgets. 3. Compliance and Safety Ensure all touch-up and reinstatement activities comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Maintain a safe working environment while performing duties and guide café staff on safety measures. 4. Collaboration and Reporting Liaise with café managers and district managers to address specific touch-up and reinstatement needs. Provide regular updates to the Facilities or Operations team on the status of ongoing and completed work. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and costs incurred. 5. Inventory Management Monitor and maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and materials required for touch-up and reinstatement tasks. Reorder supplies as needed while ensuring cost efficiency.
