Design and Construction Executive

Project Planning and Management: Coordinate with stakeholders to determine project requirements and timelines for new stores, renovations, and refurbishments. Prepare project schedules, budgets, and feasibility studies for construction and design projects. Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Design Coordination: Collaborate with the design team to develop outlet layouts, floor plans, and interiors that align with the brand identity. Ensure designs are optimized for operational efficiency and customer experience. Review and approve design materials, fixtures, and furniture selections. Construction Oversight: Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to plans, timelines, and quality standards. Conduct site inspections and address construction-related issues promptly. Verify that all construction complies with health, safety, and building regulations. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and minimize deviations. Review and validate invoices, change orders, and contractor payments. Collaboration and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, contractors, and external consultants. Provide regular updates on project progress to senior management and other stakeholders. Ensure effective communication of changes or challenges during the project lifecycle. Post-Construction: Coordinate handover of completed outlets to operations teams, ensuring all installations and equipment function correctly. Oversee rectification of defects during the warranty period. Compliance and Sustainability: Ensure projects meet legal and regulatory requirements. Incorporate sustainable practices and materials into design and construction.
