Talent Acquisition & Recruitment • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and selection. • Manage employee onboarding, orientation, confirmation, transfer and resignation or exit interview process. • Source and manage the recruitment platforms such as Jobstreet, Company’s Linkedin and etc. • Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent. Employee Relations & Engagement • Act as a key point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution. • Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives. • Ensuring all disciplinary matters are processed timely according to the company disciplinary procedures. • Work with HR & Admin team to organize corporate events such as team bonding activities, family day, company's dinner, festival event and etc. Policy Management and HR Compliance • Ensure adherence to local labor laws, employment regulations, and industry best practices. • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, employee handbooks, and code of conduct. • Handle legal documentation, employment contracts, and HR-related statutory requirements. • Prepare and submit documentation for labor disputes, negotiations, and regulatory requirements. • Manage grievances, disciplinary actions, and termination processes in a fair manner. • Conduct internal audits to ensure HR compliance and avoid legal risks. HR Operations Support • Provide immediate response to all general inquiries regarding HR practices, policies, employment laws, and etc. • Oversee and support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring consistency in HR practices. • Review and monitor employee’s leave application, attendance tracking and balance leave entitlement. • Review and monitor employee’s business trip application and expenses claim. • Maintain company records, employee files, and confidential documents. Administration Support • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. • Plan, purchase and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory management. • Coordinate office security, cleanliness, and facility maintenance. • Ensure timely payment to cleaning, plant rental and etc vendor. • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and welfare programs. 1. Financial Management • Enter financial and administrative data into accounting software and databases • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and expenses • Prepare financial reports as needed • Assisting with the preparation of invoices, receipts, and bill payments. • Managing petty cash and monitoring daily expenses. Requirements: • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in HR, accounts, or any related roles • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting, Business Studies or related field • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Meticulous person • Have knowledge on accounting software (an added advantage). • Able to work independently • High level of confidentiality, professionalism with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
