SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE (BANDAR BARU BANGI )

We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team. As a UNIFI Retail Salesperson, you will assist customers with registering for fixed and mobile plans, help them find the best solutions to meet their needs, and provide information about current promotions. You will also ensure shelves are well-stocked, maintain a clean and welcoming store environment, and work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals. Key Responsibilities: -Attend to and assist walk-in customers at the TMpoint Service Center by addressing inquiries, complaints, or issues related to TM UNIFI services. -Recommend suitable service packages by gathering customer information and analyzing their needs. -Process customer orders via the online portal, prepare necessary correspondence, and fulfill customer requests to ensure satisfaction. -Respond to walk-in customers efficiently and accurately, explain potential solutions, and ensure they feel supported and valued. -Prepare and maintain daily and monthly sales and follow-up reports using Microsoft Excel and Word. -Handle utility bill payments from customers in a timely and accurate manner. -Act as a company representative by addressing service cancellations and attempting to retain customers through effective persuasion and problem-solving.
