Safety and Infection Control: Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety guidelines. 9. Patient Advocacy and Support: Advocate for patients' rights, preferences, and needs within the healthcare system. Conduct First Aid talks to clients and carers. 10. Continuous Learning and Professional Development: Participate in training, continuing education programs, and professional development activities. 11. Event Support Provide medical standby for events. 12. Clinical procedures - To perform procedures i.e. blood taking, catheter insertion, branula insertion, single channel cystometry etc 13. Other Duties As Assigned: Perform any other duty as deemed necessary by the employer i.e. handle dispensary and Emergency Department, to assist MOD when needed, accompany patients during referral to hospital etc."
