Equipment Maintenance Technician

1. Responsible for the maintenance of energy power machinery equipment (Oxygen generators, gas equipment, water pumps, air compression equipment, etc.), understanding the process flow of energy power medium, familiar with the performance and structure of various energy power equipment, on this basis the energy and power equipment was dismantled and repaired to restore the performance of the equipment and ensure the normal operation of the equipment. 2. Responsible for the maintenance and inspection of the energy supply medium (water, steam, various gas, etc), and understand the safety attributes of the energy medium (high temperature, high pressure, harmful, toxic, etc.) to ensure the demand for the energy media in the main production. 3. To preside over the overall work of the maintenance section, prepare various maintenance plans and statements, and be responsible for completing the tasks assigned by the superior. 4. Respond promptly to equipment failure or emergency repairs, ensuring rapid diagnosis and resolution while minimizing production disruption. 5. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspection records, and service reports for compliance, tracking, and process improvement. 6. Coordinate with production, electrical, and control teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal impact on operations.
