  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BHD. seeks CNC TURNING MASTER CAM EXPERT to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development • Develop precision G-code using Mastercam Lathe for high-accuracy turned components • Use C-axis live tooling strategies • Set up multi-axis CNC turning centers with precision alignment. • Write G-code and M-code for Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi CNC lathe controllers. • Program advanced drilling cycles: peck, chip break, deep hole. • Set up tooling for C-axis driven operations accurately. • Use Mastercam's CAD cleanup tools for repairing broken edges/splines. • Develop CNC programs for turning operations using G-code and M-code. • Set up CNC lathes, including chucking, collet selection, and workholding. • Implement subprograms and macros for efficient programming. • Set up live tooling and C-axis for multi-tasking CNC lathes. • Ensure compliance with GD&T • Create and modify programs using CAD/CAM software • Use custom macros within Mastercam for special in-house sequences. • Program multi-start threads, taper threads, and custom thread forms. • Develop boring toolpaths for deep, precise internal features. • Lead training sessions for junior Mastercam programmers. • Set internal standards for Mastercam turning best practices. • Serve as technical liaison with tooling vendors for trials. • Evaluate new Mastercam updates and adopt relevant features. • Develop CAM templates for repetitive part families. • Implement continuous improvement strategies using CAM-based data. • Lead troubleshooting team when toolpath-related failures occur. • Benchmark cutting data across different materials and job types. • Lead machine capacity planning based on Mastercam outputs. • Participate in Engineering Change Requests with updated CAM logic. • Reduce non-cutting time by toolpath linking and optimized retracts. • Create multi-origin setup files for running parts in different machines. • Integrate in-process tool life adjustments within program macros. Requirements The required skills for the position CNC TURNING MASTER CAM EXPERT are: Min 5 years’ experience in CNC TURNING MASTER CAM Proficient in G-code/M-code for CNC lathes Expertise in 5-axis and multi-axis turning programming. Interpret GD&T Apply lean and Six Sigma for productivity improvements. Adhere to safety and quality policies. Effective problem-solving abilities. Keep maintenance data and report on daily activities. Candidate must possess relevant education certification
