  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BHD. seeks a CNC TURNING MILLING PROGRAMMER EXPERT to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development. • Program multi-axis CNC machines • Generate G-code and M-code manually when needed. • Develop complex CNC programs for both turning and milling machines. • Program Y-axis live tool milling on turn-mill centers. • Perform advanced setup of multi-tasking CNC lathes and mills. • Design complex jigs, fixtures, and workholding solutions. • Perform live-tooling and C-axis turning operations. • Customize CAM post processors to generate clean, efficient G-code. • Design custom boring bars, form tools, and inserts. • Interpret complex GD&T from engineering drawings. • Create 3D models for fixture or toolpath simulation. • Create machining simulations and share with engineering. • Use advanced CAD/CAM software • Create smart programs that adjust parameters based on part batch. • Integrate part serialization and engraving routines into code. • Program multi-part setups with part counters and coordinate shifts. • Create modular programs with subprogram calls for reusability. • Automate toolpath generation via templates or parametric design. • Set up conditional programming using G-code logic. • Write custom macros for probing, part handling, or tool measurement. • Utilize B-axis toolholders for complex turning angles. • Program off-center drilling and milling with live tools. • Integrate bar feeder logic and remnant ejection routines. • Generate toolpaths for eccentric and elliptical turning. • Apply adaptive clearing / high-efficiency milling strategies. • Create complex surface machining paths. • Optimize step-over and step-down for roughing and finishing. • Use rest machining strategies to remove leftover material. • Apply advanced contouring, trochoidal milling, and HEM techniques. • Develop toolpaths for complex freeform surfaces and 3D contours. • Incorporate barrel tools and conical cutters for super-finishing. • Apply collision checking with dynamic stock models.
