Key Responsibilities:- Source high-caliber candidates using various channels, including online platforms, social media, job portals, and professional networks.
- Directly approach passive candidates through headhunting techniques, creating interest in roles aligned with our company culture and values.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions to ensure timely recruitment.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to identify candidates who meet both technical qualifications and cultural fit.
- Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring new hires integrate seamlessly into the organization.
- Manage employee relations and support managers in maintaining a positive work environment.
- Facilitate performance management processes and support the development of employees through feedback and coaching.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on market trends, salary expectations, and role-specific challenges.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive company culture.
Job Requirements:- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong experience in headhunting and talent acquisition, especially in identifying and approaching passive candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain talent networks and pipelines.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.

New Employee Benefits- Emergency Reserve Funds: Employees are eligible for an advance of up to 1,000 MYR as emergency reserve funds during their first month of employment. Regular advances will not be provided unless under special circumstances.
- Accommodation Welcome Package: Employees residing in company-provided accommodation will receive a welcome package, which includes a phone card, bedding, personal toiletries, and slippers. The total value of the package is up to 800 MYR.
- Arrival Flight and Pickup: After 30 days of employment, the company will reimburse the cost of a one-way economy class flight ticket for the employee’s arrival. Airport pickup, hotel information, and return ticket details will also be provided.
- Visa Processing: The company will cover the costs of visa processing and provide a work visa upon confirmation of employment. Employees are responsible for their personal income tax.
Basic Benefits- Visa: The company covers visa processing fees and provides a work visa upon confirmation of employment. Personal income tax is the responsibility of the employee.
- Annual Leave: Employees are eligible for up to 30 days of annual leave after completing 1 year of employment. The leave can be taken in multiple instances or exchanged for an equivalent subsidy. Any excess absenteeism or leave beyond the entitled days may result in deductions or cancellation.
- Airfare: After 30 days of employment, the company will reimburse the cost of a one-way flight to the workplace. Additionally, after 1 year of employment, employees are eligible for reimbursement of one round-trip ticket to visit family or return home (this is not for personal travel purposes).
- 13th Month Salary: Employees with good performance and no major issues will receive a 13th-month salary during Chinese New Year, based on the total number of days worked during the year.
- Salary Adjustment: After completing 1 year of employment, a salary review and adjustment will be conducted based on performance.
- Utilities: Employees residing in company-provided dormitories will have their utilities and internet fees reimbursed. Employees not staying in company dormitories will be responsible for these costs.
- Meal Allowance: Employees living in a centralized dormitory will receive a meal allowance of 1,500 MYR per month (or 50 MYR per day).
- Transportation: Malaysian employees without company dormitories will receive a transportation allowance of 600 MYR per month (or 20 MYR per day).
- Medical: The previous medical reimbursement policy has been discontinued. However, common medications will be provided in the company’s dormitory.
- Compensation: Employees who leave within 6 months will be required to cover the costs of their entry ticket and visa, as well as any bonuses, incentives, or dividends from the previous month. Employees leaving after 6 months but before 12 months will be required to cover visa costs (for non-tourist visas) and any bonuses, incentives, or dividends from the previous month.
