Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Business Development & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing teams. This role is critical in driving both B2B and B2C growth, enhancing market presence, and scaling our business operations across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and drive the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for B2B and B2C market expansion.
  • Identify new business opportunities, forge partnerships, and explore international expansion avenues.
  • Optimize sales workflows using CRM systems and analytics to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Execute comprehensive marketing strategies, branding campaigns, and multi-channel initiatives to boost visibility.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking to stay ahead of industry shifts.
  • Spearhead e-commerce initiatives to drive digital growth and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships while negotiating high-value deals to maximize returns.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales, business development, or marketing, with 3–5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven ability in strategic planning, business growth, market expansion, and sales forecasting.
  • Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
  • Industry experience in Food Supplements, FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or manufacturing is preferred.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and data-driven business decision-making.
  • A strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and align cross-functional teams toward common business objectives.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and strong ethical values.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and effective in fast-paced, evolving market conditions.
  • A collaborative team player with a growth mindset and a positive leadership style.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
