- Represent the group in high-level negotiations and partnerships.
- Ensure all business units comply with regulatory and company standards.
- Monitor and mitigate operational, financial, and strategic risks.
- Report to the Board of Directors or CEO.
- Communicate key decisions and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5–10 years of progressive leadership experience.
- Proven track record of managing multiple departments or business units.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution at a senior level.
