- Assist in processing supplier invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers
- Monitor and record daily cash collections and sales from outlets/branches
- Reconcile daily sales reports with POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Update inventory cost data in coordination with the inventory and purchasing departments
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial transactions
- Assist in preparing bank reconciliation statements
- Help in coordinating with suppliers and vendors regarding payments and outstanding balances
- Monitor petty cash disbursement and replenishment
- Provide administrative support to the finance team and respond to audit queries
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and standard accounting procedures
