
HR & Admin Executive
This role provides support across both human resources and administrative areas, helping to ensure seamless daily operations, streamlined HR procedures, and an organized, well-functioning office environment.
Job Scope:
Human Resources
·Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing applications, and arranging interviews.
·Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
·Manage and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
·Assist in payroll administration and track employee leave.
·Help implement and communicate HR policies and procedures to staff.
·Assist in performance review processes, employee engagement initiatives, and training logistics.
·Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
Administration
·Responding to phone calls inquiries and doorbells.
·Entry of daily, weekly and monthly data.
·Monitor and manage office supply inventory, placing orders when necessary.
·Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, service providers, and building management to ensure seamless operations and foster strong working relationships.
·Organize and maintain administrative and HR-related documentation and filing systems.
·Maintain a clean, orderly, and productive office environment.
·Assist with daily administrative duties and offer general support to the operations team.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience with Info-Tech HR applications will be an added advantage
· 1–3 years of experience in an HR and/or administrative role.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
· Positive attitude and able to work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
