Introduction on the role
As a Senior Marketing Executive (Digital Marketing & Content Creation), you will play a pivotal role in executing and managing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads and drive sales. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for running paid digital advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager), optimizing landing pages/websites, and crafting marketing campaigns to promote the company’s services. Additionally, you will oversee content development, including creative assets, videos, and copywriting for various platforms to engage and retain customers.
Responsibilities
- Implement effective paid digital advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, Tik Tok and other suitable channels to generate quality leads
- Develop advertising assets, social media, website, email newsletters and blogs contents
- Conduct SEO analysis and produce optimized copywriting for contents
- Plan, coordinate and execute end to end promotional campaigns to enhance customer acquisition and sales conversion
- Conduct A/B testing to make data driven adjustments and optimize funnel effectiveness
- Track, analyze and report on marketing campaign performance and oversee budgeting
- Work with internal and external teams to align event marketing strategies with overall company goals
- Other marketing tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field【Preferred】
- 3-5 years experience in a digital marketing or marketing agency role【Essential】
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager【Essential】
- Proficiency in SEO and SEM 【Essential】
- Experience in image creation, video editing and copywriting【Preferred】
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM software, and campaign performance tracking【Preferred】
- Knowledge in full-funnel marketing strategies and multi-channel campaign management 【Preferred】
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with strong organizational skills 【Preferred】
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
