We are currently seeking a meticulous and responsible Account Executive to handle full set of accounts and oversee the accounting operations for multiple subsidiary companies within the group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts, including GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets for the group and subsidiaries.
  • Maintain proper records for intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, SST, and audit requirements.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and other external stakeholders.
  • Assist in budget planning, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
  • Implement and maintain accounting procedures, controls, and documentation across multiple entities.
  • Support management in ad-hoc reporting and financial decision-making.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional qualification (LCCI, ACCA, CPA, etc.).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience handling full set of accounts, preferably in manufacturing or OEM sectors.
  • Experience managing accounting for multiple companies or subsidiaries.
  • Proficient in accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of SST, audit, and tax reporting in Malaysia is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
