- Maintain and update company records, invoices, and financial documents.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare simple financial reports and reconcile transactions.
- Support the finance team in tracking expenses and petty cash management.
- Coordinate office supplies, scheduling, and vendor management.
- Assist with HR-related documentation and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or accounts-related role.

- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SQL, Xero).
- Familiarity with invoicing and financial reconciliation.
