  • Maintain and update company records, invoices, and financial documents.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare simple financial reports and reconcile transactions.
  • Support the finance team in tracking expenses and petty cash management.
  • Coordinate office supplies, scheduling, and vendor management.
  • Assist with HR-related documentation and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or accounts-related role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SQL, Xero).
  • Familiarity with invoicing and financial reconciliation.
