  • To handle correspondence with suppliers and authorities/3rd parties audit/tax
  • Ensuring in timely closing of monthly accounts
  • To handle of filling, keep record and assuring accurate documents filling
  • Ad hoc and General administrative office works
  • To prepare monthly bank reconciliation
  • To prepare and analysis and report financial results
  • To handle HR Payroll
  • Ensure accounting records & systems are compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
  • Minimum diploma in accounting or Accountancy qualification or relevant experience
  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 2-3 years experience will be added advantage
  • Able to handle full set account
  • Positive working attitude and work as a team
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Knowledge on accounting software (autocount\SQL accounting) is added advantage
  • Knowledge on einvoice and SST manufacturing is added advantage
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00am – 5:30pm)
