  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

As Academy Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the day-to-day operations and culture of our new space - making it a home for collaboration, innovation and artistry. Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the space to ensure a welcoming and productive environment.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with members, artists and partners.
  • Coordinate bookings and use of studio, rehearsal and event spaces.
  • Manage member enquiries, onboarding, feedback and community support.
  • Plan and deliver community engagement activities such as networking sessions, workshops and events.
  • Ensure the cleanliness, safety and functionality of the space through vendor management and maintenance support.
  • Work closely with the Academy team to align programming and space use with educational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in arts management, hospitality, business or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in operations, community management or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Familiarity with the music or creative industries is an added advantage.
  • A passion for music, the arts and education is a plus.

Remuneration Range: RM 2,000 - RM 3,000

Employment Term: 1-year part-time contract (4 days per week)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
