The Duties and Respnsibilities : Assist sales team to prepare quotation, PO, invoice, consignment note, price list and report. Assist in correspondence with customers by phone call, Whatsapp, or email and to follow up and resolve customer complaints. Assist to follow up on the status of the order and monitor closely. Communicate with customers to ensure close sales or even up-sales to achieve monthly sales target. Please make sure the quotation quoted can be closed sale by following up with customer. Update customer on the ETA (estimated time arrival). Make sure every Delivery Order (DO) has been key in to the system, and doing checking accordingly. Ensure prompt follow up to ensure the stock will be delivered to customer on time. In the event not able to fulfill customer requirement on the order or delivery date, contact customer immediately to provide alternative solution. Verify product’s pricing and update new pricing for customer upon request by Sales Executive. Communication and follow up with sales team to achieve monthly sales and collection target. Ensure the payment for all orders have been collected according to payment method. Ensure the integrity of client information maintained in the database system. Provide technical support to sales team for any related request, inquiry, quotation or confirmation. Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
