Service Crew
1. Promptly attend to customer's request and assist customer to make orders smoothly.
2. Promptly attend to elderly customers that need assistance to come into the restaurant or young child that requires baby chair.
3. Follow company’s Standard Operating Procedure, from welcoming customers, making orders, serving dishes, preparing cutleries, clearing & cleaning tables, to collecting payments from customers.
4. Attend to customers’ phone call orders & make arrangement for lalamove delivery, ensuring the whole process is completed smoothly for customers.
5. Monitor delivery orders, ensuring packing is done following orders and special instruction given in the order menu, including monitoring rider’s pick-up time. Any delay in pick up will need to inform the customer to minimise customer cancelling the orders.
6. Proactively promote restaurant’s new menu to customers, providing relevant product information to customers.
7. Proactively upsell specific menu items requested by management from time to time.
8. Able to work with team members to prepare the restaurant for opening, ensuring proper table display, menu display and any other items to be prominently display as requested by management from time to time.
9. Able to work with team members to clean up the restaurant for closing, including cleaning floors, all counters and washroom.
10. Follow through any other instructions given by management from time to time.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
