  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client, a prestigious boutique law firm at Johor Bharu, is looking for an individual that is motivated and passionate to join their team. Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive legal services for property transactions including purchase, sale, and financing of residential and commercial properties as well as other conveyancing related matters.
- Handle legal processes for sub-sale transactions, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and timelines.
- Draft, review, and negotiate tenancy agreements for residential and commercial properties, ensuring protection of client interests.
- Advise clients on legal issues relating to property transactions, including but not limited to, stamp duty, tax implications, and other conveyancing requirements.
- Ensure all conveyancing documentation, including Sale and Purchase Agreements, loan agreements, and other related documents, are prepared accurately and timely.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, rules, and regulations governing property transactions in Malaysia.

Requirements

- At least 2 PQE
- Possess Bachelor Degree LLB and admitted to the Bar
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent client management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
