Job Description
- To assist lawyers in handling SPA and Loan Documentation for sub sale cases
- To assist in Loan Agreements for financing and re-financing
- All other related conveyancing matters such as discharge of charge / receipt and reassignment, tenancy agreements and etc.
- Raise payment voucher and invoices, follow up on payment of invoices in a timely manner and etc.
- To liaise with clients, agents, relevant government authorities and other relevant parties
- Monitor progress and update clients files
- Other Ad-hoc assignments as required
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM
- 2 years experience in handling sub sale SPA and/or loan documentations (preferably commercial loan)
- Spoken and written English are required
- Meticulous, positive attitude, diligent and hardworking
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
