Ability to communicate English language proficiently

Must possess experience in B2B is required (Business development, cold calling experience)

Ability to discover & understand customer’s financial needs/pain points.

Add value by providing solutions to meet customer needs.

Build strong relationships & trust with customers

Create and follow a structured sales week approach to drive high levels of call activity and productive conversations with customers.

Proactively contacts customers to help customers understand the value they will derive from the solution

Possesses negotiation skills to profitably direct and manage the customer relationship.

Ability to work with customers to identify and resolve issues quickly and ensures organization addresses issues root cause.

Identifies and considers innovative approaches to situations or problems

Ability to flex from one priority to another.

Provides feedback to Intuit on best practices and lessons learned from other customers, key product/solution pricing, delivery and service issues and considerations.

Listens to and provides feedback and uses to enhance own communication effectiveness

Being able to articulate important messages & make sure they are clearly understood

Demonstrates effective presentation skills

Actively works at developing proficiency in selling skills and tools

Anticipates possible objections and proactively prepares responses to counter them.

Continues to learn methods for resolving issues and moving forward during any part of the sales cycle

Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a variety of sales tools, techniques and methodologies

Proficient in all aspects of sales cycle, from prospecting to closing

Identifies relevant sales plans and territory assignments

Ability to predict probability of a sale at each and all phases of the sales cycle with high degree of accuracy

Experience meeting or exceeding phone sales targets - ideally in a tech, media, software or financial services industries.

Experience handling a high-volume workload

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday

  • Commission pay
