Account Executive
Responsibilities:
Acquire and grow mid-market customers across English-speaking Asia.
Own full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including inbound qualification, discovery, value selling, and negotiations.
Develop and execute a sales strategy to engage high-value prospects in the region.
Dissect and qualify prospects’ business goals
Maintain strong CRM and disciplined sales processes.
Influence key stakeholders and drive deal success through consultative selling.
Clearly articulate value proposition, translating product features into business impact.
Develop a deep understanding of the Martech industry, market trends, and competitors.
Meet and exceed revenue, productivity, and quality metrics.
Maintain a consistent and effective follow-up strategy to convert leads, drive customer satisfaction, and expand accounts.
Qualifications
The position is open only to native Malaysian Nationality
5+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, Martech, or a high-growth tech environment.
Proven track record of hunting new business, managing a pipeline, and exceeding quota.
Experience with outbound and cold calling, consultative selling, and product demos.
Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, prospecting strategies, and negotiation techniques.
Ability to build and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to close.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a new market.
