Job Title: General Clerk
Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor
Working Days: 5-days a week (Overtime if required)
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and organizing incoming information and documentation.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Support the preparation and compilation of reports to verify information accuracy.
- Assist in drafting and managing general reports for internal and external use.
- Perform administrative tasks and provide day-to-day support to the department.
- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the HOD or CEO.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 1–2 years of working experience will be an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Excellent in analytical thinking, report writing, and typing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a positive working attitude.
- Able to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrates professionalism, high integrity, and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Possess own transport and open to travel when necessary.
