Job Title: General Clerk

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor
Working Days: 5-days a week (Overtime if required)

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and organizing incoming information and documentation.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support the preparation and compilation of reports to verify information accuracy.
  • Assist in drafting and managing general reports for internal and external use.
  • Perform administrative tasks and provide day-to-day support to the department.
  • Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the HOD or CEO.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 1–2 years of working experience will be an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Excellent in analytical thinking, report writing, and typing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a positive working attitude.
  • Able to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, high integrity, and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Possess own transport and open to travel when necessary.
