  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Your duties will include but not limited to the following duties:

a. Energy Consumption Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret energy consumption data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

b. EnMS Implementation: Play a crucial role in ensuring the energy consumer implements and maintains an EnMS according to the Malaysian Energy Management System Guidelines.

c. EE&C Report Preparation: Prepare detailed EE&C reports for the energy consumer, outlining energy performance, conservation measures, and potential savings.

d. Energy-Saving Measures: Advise on and monitor the implementation of various energy-saving measures.

e. Continuous Improvement:Work to continuously improve the energy performance of the energy consumer, both through EnMS and other measures.

f. Reporting and Documentation: Responsible for maintaining records and reports related to energy management, including energy consumption, EnMS implementation, and the effectiveness of energy-saving measures.

g. Monitoring and Verification: Monitor the implementation of the EnMS and energy-saving measures, ensuring that they are effective and achieving the desired results.

h. Compliance: Ensure that the energy consumer complies with relevant regulations and guidelines, including the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act 2024.

i. To supervise, check and inspect all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) installations and the building facilities/services to ensure its functioning; and to ensure that regular scheduled servicing of the installations is carried out as part of preventive maintenance;

j. To troubleshoot/solve, locate the root cause of fault occurred at the electrical installations;

k. To prepare and submit monthly summary report of the installation conditions and discrepancies if any;

l. To supervise and maintain the operation of all mechanical and electrical installations including operation of the standby generator and air-conditioning systems in the building in accordance with the requirements of the relevant authorities;

m. To assist the Building Manager, Manager, Asset Manager, and/or its assigned Officer in the maintenance and management of the building;

n. To conduct daily inspection of the building and MEP installation and forward daily report to the Building Manager, Manager, Asset Manager, and/or its assigned Officer;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 per month
