Sales Admin Clerk Location: Taman Klang Jaya, Klang We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Admin Clerk to support our sales team with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in Mandarin. Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, order processing, and document preparation. • Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and messaging. • Maintain and update sales records, quotations, and invoices. • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. • Prepare reports and track sales performance. • Manage filing, documentation, and general administrative duties. • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by management. Requirements: • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. • Proficiency in written Mandarin (priority). • Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. • Previous experience in administrative or sales support roles is an advantage. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. • Positive attitude, team player, and able to work independently. • Immediate availability is an added advantage.
