- Accurately record customer orders, offer recommendations, and ensure order accuracy.
- Deliver food and beverages to customer tables and promptly clear tables.
- Regularly check on customers' needs to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Process customer bills, accept payments, and provide change.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant area, regularly clean tableware and dining areas.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other servers to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Minimum education is Secondary School.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to converse in Mandarin.
- Experience in food and beverage service is preferred, but training will be provided for those without experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and patient.
