  • Support the Head of Section (HOS) in manpower planning, training, and competency development initiatives to ensure workforce efficiency and skill enhancement.
  • Assist in budget planning and monitoring, working closely with ERT-C&S to track monthly and annual budget utilization for optimal resource allocation.
  • Serve as the focal point for HR-related matters, including attendance, overtime, leave management (annual, emergency, medical, and hospitalization), travel requisitions, uniforms, claims, and staff records.
  • Streamline job descriptions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions in alignment with departmental roles and responsibilities to support KPI compilation.
  • Ensure accurate filing and documentation by recording all incoming and outgoing correspondence, forwarding IT to the HOS for review, and distributing it to relevant officers for necessary action.
  • Register and maintain an updated database of department-related stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in managing department assets, including inventory control, tools, and machinery, ensuring proper utilization and maintenance.
  • Support document preparation tasks such as typing, reviewing, photocopying, compiling, and binding official files, letters, and correspondence.
  • Oversee the proper labeling, registration, and secure storage of archived files and documents in designated cabinets or file rooms.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HOS and HOD to ensure smooth department operations.
  • A degree in Facility Management or an equivalent field
  • At least three years of work experience.
  • Computer literate and proficient with MS Office applications.
