  • Handle and monitor all administrative activities for the company.
  • Responsible for telephone system, door access system, handling of mails, arrange daily dispatches etc.
  • Greet and welcome visitor/ customer promptly with respects, courtesy, and warmth.
  • Responsible on researching, routing correspondence, drafting letters/ documents, and collecting and analysing of information.
  • Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, evaluating new office products, placing, and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipts of supplies.
  • Handle incoming calls and messages professionally.
  • Responsible for the daily operation of the information desk.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Proficiency in English, Chinese and Malay
  • Good time management and ability to multi-task
  • Possess good problem-solving skill.
