- Handle and monitor all administrative activities for the company.
- Responsible for telephone system, door access system, handling of mails, arrange daily dispatches etc.
- Greet and welcome visitor/ customer promptly with respects, courtesy, and warmth.
- Responsible on researching, routing correspondence, drafting letters/ documents, and collecting and analysing of information.
- Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, evaluating new office products, placing, and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipts of supplies.
- Handle incoming calls and messages professionally.
- Responsible for the daily operation of the information desk.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English, Chinese and Malay
- Good time management and ability to multi-task
- Possess good problem-solving skill.
