- Manage daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
- (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Oversee company cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Prepare and submit tax filings, liaise with auditors, tax agents, and financial institutions
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making
- Develop and improve financial systems, controls, and internal processes
- Proficient in AutoCount Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel
- Lead small finance/admin team (if applicable)
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Able to speak in Mandarin
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (start-up/agency experience is a plus)
- Familiar with Malaysian tax laws and financial reporting standards
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SQL, AUTOCOUNT) and Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solver mindset
