We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to become part of our team and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for a BK8 Resident Association. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our Resident Association (RA) Committees assisting in daily office operational needs, and managing general administrative activities.

The applicant can work on hybrid mode, working remotely from home and when required, attend quarterly meetings and general activities when required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with the Resident Commitee in assisting all aspects of management including administrative, collection of funds and organize AGM yearly meetings
  • Organize and maintain file system, and files correspondence and other records. Answer phones and communicate via email in a timely manner.
  • Assist residents and staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes. Organize and distribute incoming mail.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled correspondence and reports.
  • Monitor, maintain, and replenish office supplies as needed.
  • Update and Maintain several directories simultaneously in an organized fashion.
  • Liaise with staff and manager to handle deadlines for community notices, filings, minutes, etc. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to become part of our team and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for a BK8 Owner Association. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our owners, staff, and Manager, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our office's general administrative activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 per month
