Job Overview:
Join our People Team as an Intern for People Data! In this role, you will assist in managing and analyzing employee data, crucial for our HR strategies. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in data management, analytics, and HR technology, preparing you for a successful career in data science and human resources.
Responsibilities:
Data Management: Contribute directly to the cleaning, organization, and maintenance of HR data to ensure accuracy and accessibility, while supporting integration across HR systems such as Workday.
Analytics and Reporting: Aid in developing and maintaining People Dashboards to generate actionable insights and reports that guide workforce strategies.
Collaboration: Assist the People Team in data-driven initiatives and provide analytical support to cross-functional projects, such as delivering insights through headcount breakdowns and percentage analyses.
Documentation: Help document data processes and best practices to maintain efficient operations, while identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance existing HR data workflows.
Technical Support: Participate in projects to enhance data system capabilities, utilizing tools such as SQL, Python, and Java to optimize data processes.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proficiency in Google Sheets is required; familiarity with SQL, Java, Google Data Studio, and Looker Studio is a strong plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attentive to details.
Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills; capable of working independently.
