1. Work with the business unit to hire the right people with the skills needed specifically for a job.

2. Experience with the end-to-end recruitment process i.e., resume screening, interview scheduling and candidate interviews.

3. Familiar with using job portals and job postings.

4. Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments.

5. Handles all administrative tasks for new hire, confirmation, correspondences, exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.

6. File management. To ensure all documents, letters, correspondence, etc. are up to date and filed.

7. Handles employment-related inquiries from employee benefits, performance management, participates in employee disciplinary matters.

8. Assist in developing new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department.

9. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

10. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education Qualifications

1. Possess at least a bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.

Relevant Experience

1. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.

2. Possess knowledge of the EA 1955.

3. Well verse in using MS Office i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
