Job Description:

  • Establish networking the Malaysian government related entities, and other relevant government institutions remain in excellent standing to safeguard and promote Company interests.
  • Prepare, obtain, revise, update and maintain all the company licenses in a timely manner and to ensure the Company meets all regulatory requirements and maintain uninterrupted continuity of its operations.
  • Manage all aspects of the permitting cycle in a timely manner with their associated requirements, including completion and submission of forms and related documents while keeping the Company informed at all times of such matters.
  • Review and mitigate issues by recommending sound solutions specifically related to the central, local and other governmental entities including public communities to ensure and maintain Company uninterrupted continuity of its operations.
  • Manage, revise, and monitor all forms of compensation related to government and public while demonstrating the highest level of integrity (anti-corruption, anti-bribery, anti-unlawful payments)
  • Assist the Company with all forms of communication with governmental entities and public institutions including communities it operates in.
  • Inform the Company of any new relevant regulations that might affect any of its assets.
  • Support development of dedicated functional communication plans.
  • Development of content for media consumption.
  • Managing media monitoring framework and ensure timely and appropriate responses to all media issues.

Requirements:

  • Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Related Work Experience (Type and years): Minimum 8 years of experience
  • Language Skills: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Arabic
