Job Responsibilities

  • Personal assisting Head of Department with all aspect in documentation.
  • Responsible for the effective document and data control on all applicable documents.
  • Data key in the daily production output and/ or quality data and compile the necessary reports.
  • Perform all necessary clerical works.
  • Maintain a proper filing system for all the production records and other quality records in the departments.
  • Implement and maintain 5S and safety practices at work station/ areas.
  • Perform any job as and when requested by the superior.

Job Requirements

  • SPM and above
  • At least 1 year clerical working experience is preferred.
  • Posses proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Knowledge on SAP system will be advantage.
  • Posses own transport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
