Job Responsibilities
- Personal assisting Head of Department with all aspect in documentation.
- Responsible for the effective document and data control on all applicable documents.
- Data key in the daily production output and/ or quality data and compile the necessary reports.
- Perform all necessary clerical works.
- Maintain a proper filing system for all the production records and other quality records in the departments.
- Implement and maintain 5S and safety practices at work station/ areas.
- Perform any job as and when requested by the superior.
Job Requirements
- SPM and above
- At least 1 year clerical working experience is preferred.
- Posses proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Knowledge on SAP system will be advantage.
- Posses own transport.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
