About the role
Join Sun Jiang Trading Sdn Bhd as a Key Account Manager and be responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts. This is a full-time position based in Kota Damansara, Selangor. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our top clients, ensuring their needs are met and contributing to the overall sales and growth objectives of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute account management strategies to drive revenue growth and deepen relationships with key clients
  • Regularly meet with customers to understand their business needs and challenges, and identify opportunities to provide additional products and services
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Monitor and analyse account performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to optimise accounts
  • Develop and implement targeted sales and account plans to achieve annual sales targets
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Provide regular updates on account activities, challenges, and strategic initiatives to senior management

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales management or key account management role, preferably in the sales industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key customer accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand and address customer needs
  • Proficient in data analysis and using performance metrics to drive decision-making
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Degree in business, marketing, or a related field
