Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee records, benefits, and policies.
  • Oversee payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations and labour laws.
  • Handle employee relations, inquiries, and performance management.
  • Coordinate financial activities, including budgeting, accounts payable, and financial reporting.
  • Monitor expenses, analyse financial data, and support decision-making.
  • Maintain cash flow, tax compliance, and financial planning.
  • Assist in long-term financial strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Dip/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Admin, Finance, or related field.
  • Prior experience in HR and finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and financial principles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
  • Prefer 2 to 3 years working experience.
