Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee records, benefits, and policies.
- Oversee payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and labour laws.
- Handle employee relations, inquiries, and performance management.
- Coordinate financial activities, including budgeting, accounts payable, and financial reporting.
- Monitor expenses, analyse financial data, and support decision-making.
- Maintain cash flow, tax compliance, and financial planning.
- Assist in long-term financial strategies.
Qualifications:
- Dip/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Admin, Finance, or related field.
- Prior experience in HR and finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and financial principles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
- Prefer 2 to 3 years working experience.
