
CLIENT SUCCESS EXECUTIVE
1. Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and effective utilization of Ejen2u's offerings.
2. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and aligning our services to meet their needs.
3. Proactive Support: Monitor client usage and engagement metrics to anticipate needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
4. Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
5. Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze client feedback to provide actionable insights to internal teams for product and service improvements.
6. Renewals and Retention: Manage contract renewals and implement strategies to enhance client retention rates.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
