Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of an office. This includes managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
  • Oversee Admin. Department activities, including Safety, Health, Security & Environment, IT & factory maintenance.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and project coordination.
  • Help plan and organize office events, meetings, and employee gatherings or functions.
  • · Respond to incoming communications, such as phone calls, couriers and letters.
  • · Handle the purchase of office supplies, production indirect materials & rental of equipment.
  • Monitor security guards’ duties and responsibilities
  • Management of visitors & foreign colleagues, including hotel booking, house rental, car rental, travel booking etc.
  • Complete the submission and renewal of company certificates and licenses on a regular basis according to the requirements of relevant government departments.
  • Responsible for negotiating and executing tenancy agreements for warehouses, or other premises used by the business.
  • Procure the necessary insurance coverage for the business, including property insurance and liability insurance.
  • Responsible for ensuring the company is in compliance with ISO standards and other CSR standards.
  • Review and update Health, Safety, Security & Environmental policies.
  • Responsible for JKKP, BOMBA, DOSH reports submission and inspection.
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma qualification.
  • Able to speak, read and write in Mandarin to communicate with HQ colleagues in China.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer skill in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Independent and self-motivated to support all department functions.
  • Good sense of corporate structure and governance.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
